Company ID: Example: ABC or blank

New Password: Passwords must be 8 to 35 characters for web users (those with UI access) and 24 to 35 characters for integration-only users
Retype Password: Passwords must contain at least one upper-case letter, one lower-case letter, one number, and one special character (!@#$%&*()+=<>,./?':;-)
